The Military Diet – Amazing or Crap?

Military diet has become very popular lately. This diet lasts for only three days, and after you finish it, you should take a break for four days. After you finish military diet, you should feel more energetic and metabolism should be much better than it was before.

This list is very short, because this diet lasts only for three days, but you can change your daily diet plans and make it more variable so far.

However, here is one military diet plan which you could follow.

Day 1

Breakfast

  • A grapefruit
  • 1 piece of toast bread
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of coffee or tea (with caffeine)

Lunch

  • A cup of tuna
  • 1 piece of toast bread
  • 1 cup of coffee or tea (with caffeine)

Dinner

  • 100 grams of any meat
  • 1 cup of porcini
  • 1 banana
  • 1 smaller apple
  • 1 cup of vanilla ice cream

Day 2

Breakfast

  • 1 piece of toast bread
  • A banana

Lunch

  • Cup of cow cheese
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 5 salted crackers

Dinner

  • 2 hot-dog (without a bun)
  • 1 cup of broccoli
  • A cup of carrots
  • A banana
  • A cup of vanilla ice cream

Day 3

Breakfast

  • 5 salted crackers
  • 1 piece of cheddar cheese
  • 1 smaller apple

Lunch

  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 piece of toast bread

Dinner

  • A cup of tuna
  • A banana
  • 1 cup of vanilla ice cream

This is only one military diet plan, there are more and all of them look similar to this one. For those who are allergic to some food in this plan, there are replacements for that specific food that you are allergic on, and that replacement is working same as the original plan.

As we can see, meals from this diet are very easy to make. There is nothing to boil except eggs, which is easy and is not complex to make some other food. This diet is also very cheap, there is not any food that has the high price.

You can not just sit and eat to lose weight, with military diet, you should do some exercises. This diet will give you a great push and energy, so your exercises will be easier to do.
